SIM Card
Both SD and SIM card slots are micro ones which means that they can only receive micro SD and micro SIM cards. Micro SIM card slot is located on the left side of the phone, just below the screen.Make sure to align the SIM card to the small plastic tray. SIM cards usually come in the nano version and you can put it in the Ringo only if it’s in a nano-micro converter.
Turn the SIM card around so that the golden data pins are facing upwards and the cutout is facing away from the phone.
Push it gently in the tray until it makes a clicking sound. You can remove it anytime by gently pushing the card inwards.
Before being able to use the card (making calls and sending messages) turn the phone off and then back on. You can do that either by holding down the power button that is located below the screen or by holding the ON button that is located on the right side of the brain board.
SD Card
Turn the SD card around so that the golden data pins are facing upwards and the thick bezel is facing away from the phone.
Push it gently in the tray until it makes a clicking sound. You can remove it anytime by gently pushing the card inwards.
The SD card should be usable as soon as you put it into the phone, without needing to restart.
