My Spencer is saying wrong location/time zone/etc. How can I fix it?Updated 8 months ago
If you find that your Spencer is providing inaccurate location, time, or other data, restore its firmware for a potential resolution. This is quite simple: just connect your Spencer to the USB port of your computer and press the "Restore firmware" button located in the top-right corner.
A window will appear, prompting you to select the device for which you want to restore the firmware.
Choose Spencer, of course.
Wait for a few moments, and your Spencer will be back and running correctly.
